The exhibition, organized by the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Lebanon, was held from March 13 to 15. During this time, all those interested at the sites in four Lebanese cities – Beirut, Tyre, Tripoli and Baalbek – were able not only to get acquainted with Russian universities, but also to learn about the possibilities of studying in Russia. The format of the exhibition provided for the work of stands where applicants could clarify any details and submit an application for training, as well as presentations of universities to a wide audience.

In addition to future students and their parents, the event was also attended by officials – Russian Ambassador to Lebanon Alexander Rudakov, representatives of local administrations, universities and alumni associations of Russian and Soviet universities.

In addition to participating in the exhibition, the program of the visit of the SFedU delegation also included a series of meetings at Lebanese universities. Based on their results, preliminary agreements were reached on cooperation both in the field of education and in the field of research.
