The action was organized by the administration of the city of Rostov-on-Don together with the Union of Cities of Military Glory.
Оn the eve of the celebration of the 78th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, employees of the Department for Work with Foreign Students of the SFedU and foreign students took part in the ceremony of laying flowers and wreaths to the "Eternal Flame" of the Memorial Complex "In Memory of the Victims of Fascism in the Zmievskaya Beam".
