In 2012, Evgeny Romensky graduated from the Taganrog Institute of Management and Economics. Previously, Evgeny Romensky served as Head of the Department for Social Affairs and Non-financial Incentives at Beriev TANTK. Currently, he is studying at the graduate school of the Southern Federal University with a degree in Management in Technical Systems.

ANO Rostov Region Innovation Agency was established in November 2013. The main task of the Rostov Region Innovation Agency is to ensure effective interaction between all participants in innovation processes, including subjects of innovation, participants in territorial clusters, educational and scientific institutions, non-profit and public organizations, public authorities and local governments, investors, innovators, inventors.
