Athletes from 8 regions of the Russian Federation took part in the tournament: Astrakhan region, DPR, LPR, Kabardino-Balkar Republic, Makeyevsky City Council, Rostov region, Saratov region, Stavropol Territory and 17 cities: Azov, Astrakhan, Baksan, Volgodonsk, Donetsk, Konstantinovsk, Krasny Sulin, Lugansk, Makeyevka, Novocherkassk, Novoshakhtinsk, Rostov-on-Don, Salsk, Saratov, Stavropol, Taganrog, Yasinovataya.

Sergey Mogilchenko, a 1st-year student at the SFedU Institute of Computer Technology and Information Security, took first place in the weight category up to 82.5 kg in the Military Bench Press discipline with a score of 120 kg.
