The project shift "Natural and ecological potential of mountainous and lowland territories", organized by the staff of the Department of Physical Geography, Ecology and Nature Conservation of the Institute of Earth Sciences, has started on the basis of the Belaya Rechka practice and educational tourism.
During the shift in Adygea, students will not only be able to deepen their knowledge of geography and ecology, but also apply it in practice. The program includes field research, master classes from leading specialists from the Institute of Earth Sciences of the Southern Federal University, as well as the development of initiatives to reduce anthropogenic pressure on local ecosystems.
The children will also find interesting routes to natural attractions, sports competitions and creative evenings. Special attention is paid to the development of soft skills, teamwork and environmental education.
The main goal of the shift is to give the children the opportunity not only to relax in a unique corner of nature, but also to improve useful skills, find like—minded people and recharge their batteries before the new academic year!
