As part of a joint event between the RAO Scientific and Educational Center and the Association for Educational Innovations, the section "Independent assessment of the competencies of teaching and research staff: pilot projects, best practices, methodological solutions" was held, at which Vladimir Kirik, Director of the Academy of Psychology and Pedagogy, made a presentation "On the model of independent assessment of teachers' qualifications", having presented to colleagues the university's experience in creating an organization for the independent assessment of the qualifications of teaching staff in the field of using digital educational solutions, educational, scientific and laboratory equipment, including in accordance with the requirements established by education levels, a joint project of the university with Sberbank PJSC and the international school of programming Algorithmics.

The section "Training specialists in youth work: qualifications, competencies, resources" featured presentations by Professor Larisa Tarasenko "Research on the formation of traditional spiritual values among students and teachers of higher education in the South of Russia", Professor Alexander Bermus "Research infrastructure of specialists in youth work".

Lyudmila Detochenko, Head of the Department of Social Technologies at SFedU, spoke about the experience of training personnel in the field of youth policy at Southern Federal University, and Natalia Lebedeva, Senior lecturer at the Department of Correctional Pedagogy at SFedU, made a presentation on the topic "Pedagogical design of the educational program of higher education in the training of specialists in youth work."
